Yesterday I decided to do something a little extra special and put together little gift bags for the runners in all of us. I mean, who doesn't like getting a little surprise for fun. Check it out!

We snacked on some ridiculously good food. There was fruit, veggies, cheese and meats, mango salsa, and fresh made kale chips. YUM!!!! Oh yes....and coconut M&M's....thanks Heidi for sharing. Note...not available in Canada. :-(
It's always fun to see what topics we will cover during these get-togethers. Last night we went from how do we get faster to belly fat and ab workouts to unfortunate bathroom mishaps during running. I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking the way I do.
